Key Responsibilities
- Providing dedicated support to senior C-Suite and leadership team members
- Managing complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple stakeholders
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
- Organising meetings, board discussions, and leadership events
- Preparing, formatting, and proofreading presentations and marketing materials
- Managing inboxes and prioritising correspondence where required
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
