Overview
If you've spent the last 1 to 3 years developing your administrative, coordination, scheduling, and organisational skills, and are now looking for that role which will truly elevate your career, this could be the perfect next step.
Joining a fast-growing global investment firm, you'll support Associates and Managing Directors as an assistant while gaining exposure to senior stakeholders across London, Europe, the Middle East and the US. This is more than just an administrative role; it's a genuine career-building opportunity that will provide the experience, confidence, and mentorship needed to develop into a first-class Executive Assistant.
We're looking for a proactive, personable, and highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow alongside an exceptional team.
You must have previous experience scheduling meetings, coordinating schedules or managing busy diaries.
As an assistant, you'll be client facing in your communication, confident and have excellent attention to detail.
What you'll be doing:
5 days in office | £18 inclusive of holiday, plus overtime pay | Friday team lunches | Access to an on site gym, rooftop terrace, and sauna
12 - 18 months, with an initial offer of 6 months.
If you're ambitious, professional, eager to learn, and ready to take a significant step forward in your career, we'd love to hear from you.
If successful, there are opportunities to stay long-term in the firm.
