Overview

We are delighted to be partnering with a leading international brand to recruit a 6-month fixed-term PA for the Battersea based office. Working closely with a senior stakeholder in a 1-1 role, you will be true a right-hand partner, proactively managing their day. As part of the PA team, you will work collaboratively, supporting wider administrative duties as required to ensure full C-suite coverage. This varied role offers the opportunity to become an integral part of a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, approachable and adaptable, with the confidence to build strong working relationships across the business. Alongside core administrative responsibilities, you will provide hands-on support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating meetings and managing schedules across multiple diaries and time zones.
  • Arranging complex multi-destination international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, transfers and detailed itineraries.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider support team to foster an efficient, welcoming and well-organised office environment.
  • Providing general administrative support to senior stakeholders and the broader team as required.
  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of the office, proactively ensuring everything always runs smoothly and efficiently.
 
About You
  • Proven experience of coordinating complex international travel arrangements, including visas and logistics.
  • Experience of supporting a senior executive with extensive board level responsibilities with complex international travel
  • Ideally, experience working in an international business within hospitality, retail, consumer brands, and other customer-focused businesses.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar administrative position
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys building strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and personable approach.
