An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a client facing and highly capable Senior Team Assistant to join the Executive Office of one of London's most prestigious investment firms.

Sitting at the heart of the organisation, you will support the division responsible for strengthening employee engagement, culture, communication, and connectivity across the entire business. Based within the Executive Office, you will work alongside senior leaders who shape the firm's strategy and direction, including close exposure to the CEO, COO, and Executive Committee.

Widely regarded as one of the most sought-after support functions within the business, this team operates in a highly professional, discreet, and fast-paced environment where excellence is the standard. The successful candidate will become a trusted member of a close-knit team, supporting senior stakeholders and helping drive initiatives that impact employees in London and globally.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Assistant looking to elevate their career within a world-class investment organisation.

You'll have a minimum of 4 - 5+ years' experience in an Assistant role gained within investment management, private equity, hedge funds, asset management, investment banking or financial services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complex diary and calendar management for senior executives and leadership team members
  • Coordinating meetings and stakeholder engagement across multiple global offices and time zones
  • Organising international and domestic travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics
  • Supporting employee engagement, culture, and internal communication initiatives
  • Assisting with town halls, leadership events, off-sites, and firmwide meetings
  • Acting as a key point of coordination between executives, employees, and wider business functions
  • Managing expenses, invoices, and general team administration
  • Providing seamless support within a collaborative assistant network and offering cover when required

5 days in office | 12 months | £26 inclusive of holiday
