Workplace Manager, Venture Capital

As the business continues to grow, they are seeking an exceptional Workplace & Facilities Manager to take ownership of the employee and visitor experience while ensuring the office operates seamlessly behind the scenes.

The Opportunity
You will be responsible for creating an environment that reflects the firm’s entrepreneurial spirit, modern culture, and commitment to excellence. From welcoming founders, investors, and guests, to overseeing facilities, workplace projects, and events, you will be at the heart of everything that makes the business run successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the face of the business, delivering a first-class experience
• Ensure the office environment operates smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards of all times
• Manage day-to-day workplace operations, facilities, and building management
• Oversee relationships with landlords, managing agents, contractors, and service providers
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and workplace improvement projects
• Manage meeting rooms, visitor hospitality, and executive events
• Organise team events, social initiatives, and employee engagement activities
• Manage office budgets, procurement, and supplier contracts
• Support office moves, workplace reconfigurations, and expansion projects
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and workplace policies
• Proactively identify issues and implement solutions before they become problems
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the employee and visitor experience

About You
You are highly organised, naturally proactive, and genuinely enjoy creating exceptional environments for others. You take ownership, pay close attention to detail, and thrive in a role where no two days are the same.

You will have experience within workplace management, office management, facilities management, hospitality, or a similar environment.

You will also bring:

Experience within venture capital, private equity, investment management, financial services, professional services, or another high-growth business would be highly advantageous.
