Overview
We have an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious and proactive Administrative Assistant who is keen to join a fast-growing global organisation.
This is a client-facing role supporting Analysts, Associates and Managing Directors, working closely with senior stakeholders across London, Asia, Europe and the US. It’s an excellent opportunity to gain valuable exposure within a high-performing environment while developing the skills needed to have a successful career.
The role would suit someone who is organised, personable and eager to learn. Someone who enjoys being at the heart of a busy team and wants a clear route towards becoming an Executive Assistant.
You’ll support the smooth running of the team’s day-to-day operations, from coordinating meetings, managing busy diaries, arranging travel and providing general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
£16– £18 inclusive of holiday | 5 days in office | 12 - 18 months, initial offer will be 6 months, then extension
For the right person, there may be further opportunities to stay within the firm beyond the initial contract.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing busy and ever-changing diaries and calendars
- Coordinating meetings across multiple international time zones
- Arranging domestic and international travel and detailed itineraries
- Processing expenses, invoices and general administrative tasks
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Building strong relationships with colleagues and senior leaders across the business, in the UK and abroad
- 2+ years’ experience in an administrative, coordination, Team Assistant or similar support role
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, positive and eager to learn
- Confident and professional when communicating with clients and senior stakeholders
- Ambitious and interested in developing a long-term career as an Executive Assistant
- Clear career progression towards an Executive Assistant position
- Exposure to senior stakeholders across a global business
