Overview
Do you have a passion and a real skill for acting as the hub of a small, dynamic business unit? Are you an accomplished EA / Office Manager with experience of operating in an international environment with strong exposure to providing EA support at senior level?
We are representing a successful investment firm with a large, established presence in the US who have recently opened up a new London office.
This an involved role, supporting a Senior Partner plus a team of three with every aspect of running their working weeks (calendar management, meeting prepartion, international travel coordination and expenses preparation). In this setting with Office Management responsibilities, there will also be a chance to help with operations in HR and internal and external events with the support of your colleagues in the US. You will also be instrumental in ensuring facilities and IT are running smoothly (including some basic IT troubleshooting).
The team are keen to find someone who is comfortable operating in a very hands-on manner with a 'no job too big or too small' approach. From planning a bespoke client event to replenishing the speciality coffee, you will bring precision and a smile into every task. In time, there will be the chance to take up specific projects. The firm have recently moved into brand new premises so any exposure to snagging or desk/space planning and liasing with relevant contractors would be ideal.
This is the perfect role for someone who loves to put themselves at the heart and centre of a busy and successful operation. We'd love to hear from you if this sounds like your ideal working structure.
A great package and beautiful, central office location await the right person.
