A leading Global Investment Bank, is looking for an experienced Assistant who is passionate about working in a high-pressure, fast-paced, highly dynamic environment, within their Global Markets division.
This opportunity has arisen as a result of growth in the division - they have, and continue to be, highly successful. Excited by the prospect of supporting a team of traders, as well as more senior executives to VP and MD level, you will thrive on juggling multiple demands, managing ever-changing diaries, booking constant international travel and associated itineraries. You will be someone who thrives on liaising with clients and enjoys communicating with others on the phone and in person. You will be a natural organiser and a confident, well-presented communicator!
Naturally team focused, you will work as part of an Assistant group, providing coverage and support for each other, the end result being top level support to your team, MDs and Partners. Successfully delivering a first-class service will be at forefront of everything you do.
The firm are keen to hire a bright, proactive candidate who has three to four years' proven team support experience, ideally gained within Financial Services. You may, however, also have experience of supporting a team in another fast-moving industry, where juggling tasks and providing a top-level service is paramount.
You will be someone who takes pride in your work, who thrives on providing support to others, and who would appreciate having the opportunity to develop your career in the high-profile investment sector.
