Overview
An exciting new role has arisen for an energetic and intelligent EA (Business & Private) with fluent Russian/English to support an UHNW Principal. The principal is looking for a dynamic and experienced Business & Private EA with at least 10 years of EA experience ideally working for an UHNW or for a family office. You will help support the Principal and Chief of Staff set up of the UK office and be an integral part of a team of three initially with an expectation that the team grows.
The role will suit a Business & Private EA who has either worked for or been involved in the startup of a family office or have worked in private equity but the Business & Private EA must have experience in working with HNW/UHNW. You will also need to be highly numerate and financially minded as the principal will rely on your input across his business and personal interests. The role will be split between approximately 60% business support and 40% private support (but sometimes this will change depending on projects etc). Proven experience of working with UHNW across their domestic and business interests is key as there will be household and domestic management, hiring household staff and extensive and complex global travel for the principal and his family.
This is a varied role that will evolve and grow as the family office expands and so it will suit an energetic EA who is passionate about providing high level support and who enjoys a role which continues to allow you to learn and grow as part of the team. A credible team player with fluency in both Russian/English is essential. Based between the office in Central London and the principals home or your own home this is a fast paced role and will need someone with high EQ and excellent organisational and communication skills.
