Are you an experienced EA with a proven track record of supporting C-suite executives? This is a unique opportunity to join a global Tech leader, supporting their CEO in a 1:1 capacity at their European HQ in Barcelona.

About the Role

As the CEO’s right-hand assistant, you will:
- Act as the CEO's eyes and ears, ensuring seamless coordination of his daily activities.
- Manage relationships with investors and facilitate high-profile board and leadership meetings.
- Provide private support to the CEO and his family, including travel and logistics.
- Play a pivotal role in coordinating key global events and offsites.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Oversee the CEO’s highly complex schedule, managing last-minute changes.
- Document Preparation: Draft and prepare materials for leadership and investor meetings.
- Inbox Management: Handle the CEO’s communications, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Travel Planning: Arrange extensive international travel for both business and personal needs.
- Meeting Coordination: Organise board meetings, take meeting notes, and manage follow-ups.
- Project Management: Contribute to strategic projects and ensure their successful execution.
- Event Planning: Coordinate global events, offsites, and high-profile meetings.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience: 6+ years of EA experience at the C-suite level, preferably in a start-up or scale-up environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office, G Suite, and database management; technically minded or a quick learner.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish (native level). Knowledge of Calabrian is a plus.
- Personal Attributes: Discreet, resilient, confident, and adaptable, with excellent communication and prioritisation skills.
- Team Player: Collaborative with a strong sense of humor and a positive attitude.
- Location: Based in Barcelona, with full-time in-office availability (no remote work).
