Overview

Are you a Team Assistant who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment supporting senior, demanding stakeholders?

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Assistant to join a boutique, founder‑led global Private Equity firm with its UK headquarters in London. The London office is c.20 people, operating at pace within a focused, performance‑driven investment environment.

This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility role supporting across the business, working closely with the EA to the CEO, EA to the Managing Partner and the COO. With no dedicated receptionist, you will also take ownership of front‑of‑house and office coordination, playing a key role in ensuring the office runs efficiently day‑to‑day. This role suits someone who is highly organised, resilient, and comfortable operating in a demanding, results‑oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive support to the London investment team and senior stakeholders
  • Complex diary management, anticipating conflicts and coordinating across time zones
  • End‑to‑end travel planning, including itineraries and last‑minute changes
  • Expense processing and adherence to company policies
  • Meeting coordination, preparation, and materials (including printing/binding)
  • Acting as a front‑of‑house point of contact, meeting and greeting visitors
  • Overseeing office operations, including supplies, catering, and meeting rooms
  • Supporting assistants globally and adapting to shifting priorities

Required Experience & Skills
  • 3–5 years’ experience as a Team Assistant / EA within financial services
  • Experience spanning both large banking institutions and boutique investment firms
  • Private Equity, Hedge Fund, or investment banking background preferred
  • Proven experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders in a high‑pressure environment
  • Highly organised, detail‑focused, and able to prioritise effectively under pressure
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working with minimal direction
  • Professional, discreet, and resilient in demanding situations
  • Confident communicator with a direct, no‑nonsense approach
  • Experience in a founder‑led or lean environment advantageous

Additional Details
  • Start: Mid‑June
  • Contract: Temporary (via ISE Partners)
  • Pay: £50,000–£60,000 equivalent (hourly rate, dependent on experience)
