Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding of employees and contractors.
- Support contractor movements across teams and departments.
- Perform regular data quality.
- Produce reports, analyse workforce data, and provide insights to key stakeholders.
- Manage invoicing activities while supporting monthly financial processes, including budget tracking and reconciliations.
- Assist with contractor onboarding activities, including monitoring background check progress and onboarding requirements.
- Maintain workforce allocation information to support effective resource planning.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and global operational teams to ensure seamless workforce management
- 2-3 years of relevant experience within financial services, ideally in an operations, workforce management, project coordination, or analytical role.
- Experience liaising with stakeholders and relationship management skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, alongside strong numeracy skills and experience using business-related systems and tools.
- Experience on tools like JIRA and JIRA Portfolio
- A flexible team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
