Stop the Churn: Fresh Perspectives on Support Staff Development

Thank you to everyone who joined us at our offices to celebrate Administrative Professionals Day, engaging in insightful discussions on Support Staff Development. This year we wanted to take the opportunity to reflect on how we can support the growth and development of our administrative professionals.

In our extensive survey encompassing over 700 support staff members within the investment and professional services sectors, a significant number identified a lack of avenues for career progression as a key factor motivating them to consider changing employers.

Furthermore, as highlighted in LinkedIn’s Workplace Learning 2024 Report, a staggering 8 in 10 expressed that continuous learning injects purpose into their professional endeavours, with 9 in 10 emphasising its role in enhancing their connection to their respective organisations.

If you would like some tips or insight on how to empower your support staff to flourish in their careers, don’t hesitate to reach out to us today.

Thank you to all the dedicated support staff who contribute to our success every day!
