About the Company
This leading global investment management firm in Central London is looking for a dynamic and energetic Team PA with fluent German. Supporting the wider team on this fast paced, high achieving German desk you will be providing varied support to a team that is regularly travelling to Europe and further afield. As a Team PA you will need to have a high energy and a real interest in providing high level support to the team along with a sense of urgency and ability to pivot when changes happen.
About the role
As one of several Team PAs you will be supporting a team of 8 partners and associates on the desk (some need more support than others) so you will need to be highly organised across multiple diaries and able to manage busy schedules and adapt to quick changes that inevitably occur. The German team travel extensively so there will be multiple travel arrangements including all logistics across their travel to Europe and the wider global offices. Lots of times things change at last minute so you need to be able to redirect! A lot of the travel is to Germany and so you will liaise with clients and stakeholders on the ground and be regularly using your German. This is very much a team environment where the Team PAs support each other and cover any absences on the desk so a flexible approach is essential for this role. You will also need to be a proven communicator as your team may often work in the German office so you will need to be able to stay on top of their diaries and any changes.
